NBA Playoffs 2024 Same-Game Parlay: Pacers vs. Bucks Game 5

With Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard unavailable once again for Game 5 on Tuesday night due to injury, the Milwaukee Bucks will be hard-pressed to overcome their 3-1 deficit in their best-of-seven series with the Indiana Pacers.

Let's put together a same-game parlay and win some money.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Indiana Pacers ATS -4

Playing in front of a home crowd at the Fiserv Forum should provide some inspiration in the face of adversity, but frankly, the Bucks are outgunned not having their two superstars at their disposal. Game 4's 126-113 loss was a reflection of that, despite three players (Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez, and Malik Beasley) scoring more than 20 points each. Bobby Portis' ejection after seven minutes stung, as well.

Oddsmakers had this series as a coin flip before the opening tip of Game 1, and perhaps the outcome would have been drastically different had Antetokounmpo been healthy from the beginning and Lillard been in uniform for a complete slate. The Pacers dominated during the regular season with four victories in five attempts against Milwaukee, and have scored at least 121 points in each of the last three games. That, in and of itself, is enough of a reason to not like the Bucks' chances, because they don't have enough offensive depth to keep pace at the moment.

Indiana covered the only double-digit spread in the series in Game 4 at 10 points but fell short as the 6.5-point favorites in Game 3 after winning by just three. A four-point spread is manageable, especially after having taken Game 1 on the road by 15 when Lillard suited up.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Myles Turner OVER 19.5 Points

As prolific as Pascal Siakam has been on offense as the clear standout of the team, Myles Turner has been right there neck and neck with him scoring-wise with just six fewer points.

Turner is averaging 24.3 points while converting 48.6 percent from the field and an even 50 percent from 3-point range on 8.3 attempts. Milwaukee has zero answer for the near 7-footer if he's going to live on the perimeter like that, because Lopez isn't going to step out of his comfort zone under the rim to defend the perimeter and contest those shots.

Considering he's seen his scoring numbers increase each game, reaching 29 points in both Games 3 and 4 away from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, hitting the OVER on 19.5 points (which Turner also did three times during the regular season) feels inevitable to potentially close out this series.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Khris Middleton OVER 6.5 Rebounds

Portis will be the one securing a majority of the rebounds in Milwaukee's lineup, and Lopez is still allergic to attacking the glass despite grabbing as many rebounds in Game 4 alone (nine) as he did through the first three games against Indiana combined.

Middleton, meanwhile, has registered commendable rebound numbers in this series, jumping from 4.7 during the regular season to now 8.8 across four playoff games. He's finished with exactly 10 in three of the four games against the Pacers after finishing with double-digit boards twice in 2023-24.

He's the most lethal bullet left in the Bucks' chamber, so minutes will be plentiful. More minutes mean more opportunities to grab missed shots, so take the OVER here as another double-digit day in this department is in the cards.
