Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Anthony Edwards OVER 28.5 Points

Anthony Edwards scoring props feel like safe bets these days, especially when they fall below the 30-point mark. He's scored 33 or more points in four of his five playoff games so far, and just dropped 43 points in the Mile High City in Game 1 on 29 shot attempts.

Only two players (Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jaylen Brown) had scored 40 or more points at Ball Arena during the regular season, with Edwards now becoming the third. Damian Lillard was the only player a year ago to do so, as well, so it's certainly not an easy line to pull off, yet Edwards made it look so effortless on Saturday.

Dener's top defender on the wing is Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, but he's still undersized against Edwards and can only hinder his progress to much. Aaron Gordon is tied up with Karl-Anthony Towns, so the options to pair off with Edwards are limited. Expect another strong offensive showcase tonight to reach the OVER as Minnesota looks to take both games on the road.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Mike Conley OVER 5.5 Assists

One of the worries about Mike Conley heading into this series was the idea that Nickeil Alexander-Walker would get more of a look off the bench for his defense , but Game 1 put those worries to bed. Conley played 31 minutes in the starting lineup, which was the fourth time in five games he had seen the floor for 30 or more, finishing with a double-double of 14 points and 10 assists.

He'll need six or more dimes on Monday to hit the OVER, which he's nailed in three-straight games. The only time he hasn't during this postseason was Game 2 against the Phoenix Suns when he only recorded four.

Conley has scored 15 or more points in all five appearances against the Nuggets in 2023-24, but we're taking his assist prop here as the Timberwolves' lead facilitator during these playoffs with his numbers being as consistently high as they've been.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Jaden McDaniels OVER 3.5 Rebounds

Jaden McDaniels gets assigned the most difficult matchup defensively on the wing nine times out of 10, and Jamal Murray gets the pleasure of seeing the 23-year-old forward right in his grill more often than not. As a result, McDaniels needs to be out there more often than not when Murray is to play spoiler, and with more minutes means greater chances to secure loose balls off the glass.

McDaniels had eight rebounds in Game 1, marking the second time this postseason he's finished with exactly eight. He had eight or more only four out of a possible 72 times (0.05 percent) during the season. His 5.8 boards in five playoff games are up from the 3.1 he averaged, which is promising at least.

I like the OVER here because four isn't an unreasonable amount if McDaniels continues to play upwards of 40 minutes, because he can stumble his way to at least that amount just by being out there.
