Juventus looks to extend 100 percent record away to Udinese
For the Old Lady, all is very much going according to plan over the Sportsbook weeks of the Italian league season. Juventus, the reigning Serie A champion, boasts a 100 per cent record after seven rounds of its latest title defence and will look to extend that run of form on the road against Udinese on Saturday afternoon.

Udinese looking to stop the rot
Following a bright start to the season, Udinese has hit a stumbling block of late. The side has lost its last two games, having previously lost just one of the last four, and they can hardly be relishing the visit of a side as powerful and efficient as this Juventus outfit.
For while the champions have been a cut above in Serie A so far, they have also been exerting their authority on the continental stage. Juventus has won both of its Champions League encounters to date and has yet to concede a goal in the continental competition.
It is therefore of little surprise to see Juventus come into this clash as the overwhelming favorite to extend its 100 percent start to the season. You can back the champions to collect another three points at a price of just -275, while Udinese, despite home advantage, is all the way out at +700 to do the same. A draw comes in at +375.
To be brutally frank, we do not envisage too many problems for the Old Lady in this one. While it is never easy trying to predict the exact score of any game, a 3-1 win on the road is priced competitively at +1100 and could well be worth backing.
Juventus to make fast start
In their Champions League game against Young Boys, the Italian side started on the front foot and put their opponents under pressure from the very first whistle. Paulo Dybala gave Juventus the lead after only five minutes, with the Argentine striker going on to help himself to a hat trick in a fantastically confident performance.
With Udinese out of sorts and reeling from two straight losses, we are expecting Juventus to adopt the same tactical approach on Saturday and look to hit the home side before they have time to settle and find their rhythm. We are therefore expecting there to be OVER 0.5 goals in the first 10 minutes – an outcome you can back at +300 – while Juventus is at +500 to be ahead within that time frame.
Given their domestic dominance, and Udinese’s decided lack of consistency, this should be a relatively routine victory for the reigning champions. You can also bet on the winning margin, with the visitors at +260 to win by a single goal, +300 to win by a two-goal margin and +500 to win by a difference of three goals.
Expect goals on both sides
While Juventus is conceding at less than a goal a game in Serie A, there have nevertheless been gaps in their backline which can be exploited. That is why we expect both teams to score on Saturday, an outcome you can back at +105.
To increase your winnings, you can combine outcomes. For example, both teams to score and a Juventus win comes in at +240, a result which would look likely given Juventus’ technical superiority and the fact that Udinese has scored in each of its last four games.
In their last league encounter, Juventus was forced to come from behind to beat title rivals Napoli 3-1. And if you think the same will happen here, you can back Juventus to win from behind at +700.
Udinese is no pushover and we expect them to test Juventus at times on Saturday. However, they are unlikely to be able to live with the offensive prowess of the champions for long, and Juventus should go marching on.
