2025 ACC Regular Season Conference Winner: Duke Heavily Favored

The Duke Blue Devils own the ACC on the court and the oddsboard. Duke stands as -600 favorites to be the ACC regular season conference winner at FanDuel. The Blue Devils have dropped just three games all year, with two of those losses coming in the opening month of the season and the last in early February.

ACC conference winner Favorite: duke blue devils (-600)

There's just no catching Duke, right now. The only team that has an offensive and defensive rating at KenPom that ranks fifth or better. The Blue Devils are March Madness favorites, constantly doing just enough to sit ahead of Auburn on the oddsboard--which they defeated back in December.

It boasts in your favor when the best player in college football is wearing your crest. Cooper Flagg, averaging over 21.5 points per game since January, is expected to be just the fourth true freshman to win the Wooden Award. Though Flagg felt flat between the end of February and early March, going four-straight games of recording 17 points or fewer. But, a recent 28 point and eight rebound performance against Wake Forest has Flagg back on the right track.

Luckily for Jon Scheyer and the Blue Devils, their schedule was very doable, with their last ranked opponent being Auburn back on December 2. Their fellow conference members all have five losses or more, there's absolutely no denying that Duke is dominating the ACC.

Duke has strung together a commanding 18-1 SU in conference play, a mark that only Clemson and Louisville can compete with, each 17-2 SU, which is why the rest of the ACC programs have trickled off the oddsboard.

ACC conference winner contender: Clemson tigers (+1000)

If you're wanting to fade Duke to win the ACC, you're brave but I respect it. And hey, Clemson is the only ACC program to beat that "unbeatable" Blue Blood school, 77-71.

Brad Brownell has five losses under his belt, the second-fewest in the conference, with those back-to-back unranked defeats before Christmas writing Clemson off. The Tigers offense, sitting 17th in the KenPom ratings, calls for a bigger threat than their defense. However, the Tigers defense has been fine tuned, allowing 69 points of fewer in their last six outings.

The win over Duke would've boosted Clemson's odds had it not suffered a triple overtime loss to Georgia Tech in the matchup before. Still, the Tigers stripped the Blue Devils of its perfect conference record and that's got to be worth some longshot bet glance.
