Going into Brad Brownell’s 11th season as head coach, Clemson has been on a slow decline since its 25-10 campaign in 2017-18.
A 6-1 start has the Tigers slightly overvalued considering they have yet to settle on a starting lineup. Clemson has employed nine different players in the starting five in what hasn’t been a very tough schedule thus far.
Senior Aamir Simms leads the way, averaging just over a dozen points per game for the Tigers, who have 11 players averaging over 10 minutes per contest. The Tigers are 5-2 ATS on the season and have gone OVER the total in just one of seven games.

This Florida State roster has simply too much talent to not cover Tuesday night on the road. Clemson hasn’t had an impressive victory this season and I’m not convinced yet. When in doubt, go with the taller, stronger, better-coached Florida State team to dictate the pace from start to finish.
