Over the last two years, the sport of boxing has been shaken up by the entertainment era with celebrities, former professional athletes and even YouTubers taking the squared circle to settle a beef. Of course, the hottest name of them all has been Jake Paul and it appears that he may be stepping into the ring with former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown.
Brown recently took his leave from the NFL in a very public fashion in the middle of a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game. In 2020, it appeared a fight between Antonio Brown and Logan Paul, Jake’s older brother, was imminent.

It now looks like it may be the younger brother’s fight to have. When it comes to Antonio Brown vs Jake Paul odds, the former Pro Bowl receiver is the underdog. Surely, AB could use some extra coin as he has lost quite a bit of money in his career.

Antonio Brown vs Jake Paul Betting Odds Analysis
I see tremendous value on Paul even at -300 as he was a -245 favorite in the Paul vs Woodley 2 odds. Just a reminder, Tyron Woodley is a former UFC champion and would likely beat the brakes off of Brown. And a further reminder, Paul won knockout of the year in that rematch with Woodley in December 2021.

No Value On Brown
For me to entertain the thought of placing a bet on Brown to pull off the win over Paul, I’m going to have to see either some tremendous training videos or he’d have to be +1000. This is no slight on Antonio per se, it’s just that Paul has fought “non-boxers” such as Nate Robinson and AnEsonGib and knocked both men out.

Antonio Brown vs Jake Paul Preview
Like him or not, Jake Paul has been silencing doubters for the last two years in the ring en route to a 5-0 record with four knockouts, including three wins over former MMA champions Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley (twice).
“The Problem Child” has fairly good conditioning, being able to go eight rounds pretty smoothly, and he does a great job working the body early and often for the opportunity later in the fight to go to the head.
Brown May Have A Speed Advantage
It’s often hard to handicap these types of fights with little training video and even when there is footage, you can make a guy look pretty good with a choreographed sequence. That said, the seven-time Pro Bowl wide receiver may have some tricks up his sleeve with his exceptional playmaking ability on the gridiron.
The great footwork, elusiveness and speed could translate from the football field. To those points, I was impressed in running back Frank Gore’s boxing debut in December, though he lost a decision. Maybe, just maybe, we are underestimating Antonio Brown when it comes to boxing.
Brown vs Paul Pick
I don’t think this is coming to anyone’s surprise if you read my earlier analysis but I think Paul would win this fight in short order via knockout. I have a hunch that the “YouTuber” has been working on boxing skills for a lot longer than we may think and now he’s showing it off in main events of PPVs. I don’t believe this fight will take place because it appears Jake has his sights set on other adventures such as the UFC, but if it does, bet the house on Jake Paul.
