Format and Tournament Dates For CDL: Chicago
The Chicago Huntsmen are acting as “hosts” of their first-ever Call of Duty League event from April 24 to 26. But while teams were originally slated to head to the Windy City, the league has moved to online tournaments for the time being due to COVID-19 and will be broadcast exclusively on YouTube.
Much like offline events for CDL, the first team from each group to secure two wins will book its place in the semifinals on Sunday, April 26. Those two semifinalists will be joined shortly by two more teams that will qualify with two wins and one loss.
CDL teams use these tournaments as a means to get points that go toward the final standings for the league championship.
