Raptors in OK Shape at Home vs Thunder Tonight
It hasn’t exactly been easy sledding for those hosers up north in Toronto since Kyle Lowry was ruled out for the season, with the Raptors going 6-4 in 10 games without him, but it’s kept them clear of the Hawks for fourth in the East and they’ll be slightly favored in their home matchup with the streaking Thunder tonight.
The Raptors earned a 112-102 victory in the first half of their season series with the Thunder in Oklahoma City back in November and Toronto fans will be happy to know the Raps earned that win with Lowry scoring just 19 points on 6-of-20 shooting. They’re a deeper team since that meeting with the additions of P.J. Tucker and former Thunder legend Serge Ibaka so the Sportsbook spread of three points makes sense.
In their last three games, which were all OKC wins, Russell Westbrook posted three triple-doubles – bringing his season total to 33 – and dished out an incredible 46 assists. With the Thunder’s shallow bench, he’ll have to be terrific again but with a career line of 20.6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 8.2 assists per game against the Raps, that could be a tough ask at the ACC this evening.
