OG Anunoby is the team’s top scorer this season with 20.1 points through 15 games, but missed last game with a hip injury and is listed as questionable for Sunday. Fred Vanvleet and Siakam, who has played just six games so far, will be expected to pick up the offensive slack in Anunoby’s absence.

Golden State News & Notes

The Warriors managed to come out with a 105-102 win over the Detroit Pistons on Friday despite being outscored 32-19 in the fourth quarter. Jordan Poole had a team-high 32 points while Andrew Wiggins scored 27. With the win, Golden State improved to 9-1 over its last 10 games and sits two games clear of the Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns for first place in the NBA.

Steph Curry, who leads the team with 29.5 points per game this season, missed Friday’s contest with a hip injury and is questionable for Sunday. Draymond Green (thigh), Andre Iguodala (knee), and Otto Porter Jr. (foot) are also questionable.

How Toronto Will Cover

The Raptors will be in tough against the Warriors but Golden State’s health (or lack thereof) could determine a lot. If the Warriors are without Curry and Green on Sunday, the Raptors will certainly like their chances a lot more. And although the team has changed a lot over the last couple years, Toronto does own a 7-3 record against Golden State over their last 10 meetings.

How Golden State Will Cover

The Warriors own the NBA’s top offense (113.9 points per game) and second-best defense (100.1 points against per game) – with or without Curry, this is a talented and confident team with a lot of depth. Poole has taken a big step and is up to 17.5 points per game in his third season, while Wiggins has also shown an ability to pick up his game when called upon.
