Chicago's Chris Flexen has been far and away the worst betting pitcher in baseball this year, down -13.15 units in his 19 starts. The White Sox haven't won a game with Flexen on the mound since May 8th and are 3-10 on the runline since then.
Simply put, fading Flexen and the White Sox is the smartest bet you can make. It's even easier when current Rangers batters mash against the Chicago starter. Texas batters have a collective .284 average and .864 OPS against Flexen.
The last time Flexen pitched against the Rangers he allowed five runs in two innings in a 16-6 loss.

White Sox vs Rangers Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Garcia OVER 0.5 Hits
We're betting on a Rangers beatdown, so let's add a few hit props to get our parlay value up. The first bet is on Garcia, who has a .316 career average against Flexen and a .989 OPS.
He's also been exceptionally good against the White Sox in general during his career. In 21 games against Chicago, Garcia has a .309 average and .948 OPS. That's his highest OPS against any team he's played more than 10 times.
If you're buying a big day from Garcia, double down on Texas. The Rangers are 9-5 in games where Garcia gets more than one hit.
White Sox vs Rangers Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Semien OVER 0.5 Hits
Garcia has been great against Flexen in his career, but Semien has been even better. The Rangers 2B has a .333 career average and 1.113 OPS against Flexen in 15 at-bats. He's also got seven RBI in that sample, so I'd be interested in a Semien OVER 0.5 RBI bet at +165.
The Rangers infielder also enters this contest quite hot. Semien has hits in nine of his last 10 games, including three multi-hit games in that stretch. In the first two games of this series against the White Sox, Semien had three hits and a homer.
