Marcus Zegarowski scored 20 points to help the Bluejays earn a 72-58 win over the Ohio Bobcats in the Round of 32. With the win, Creighton punched its ticket to the Sweet 16 for the first time in 47 years.
The Bluejays jumped out to a 39-24 lead in the first half en route to an easy victory that was a welcome change of pace after a nail-biting 63-62 win over the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos in the Round of 64 and an ugly 73-48 loss against the Georgetown Hoyas in the Big East Tournament.
Creighton will be in a rare position as the underdog after being favored in all but three of its games during the regular season. The Bluejays went 1-2 SU and 2-1 ATS in their three games as an underdog, winning one and losing one against the Villanova Wildcats and losing but covering the spread against the Kansas Jayhawks.

The Bulldogs have carried the dominance of their regular season into the NCAA Tournament, smashing the Norfolk State Spartans 98-55 as 33-point favorites and crushing the Oklahoma Sooners 87-71 as 15.5-point favorites.
