Week 2 NFL preseason action sees the Minnesota Vikings versus the Cleveland Browns from Browns Stadium on Saturday, August 17.
News that first-round rookie quarterback J.J. McCarthy will be out indefinitely with a meniscus injury will undoubtedly affect the Vikings betting odds. Let's take a look at all the Vikings vs Browns odds and find some value.

Vikings vs Browns Picks - Preseason Week 2
McCarthy bounced back from an early interception to throw a pair of touchdowns in Minnesota's 24-23 win over Las Vegas last week. While the Browns were shellacked 23-10 by the Green Bay Packers.
The Vikings put up 452 yards of offense, mostly on the back of McCarthy's 188 passing yards and two scores. They won't repeat those numbers with some combination of Sam Darnold and Jared Hall under center.
Cleveland struggled to consistently move the football, with Dorian Thompson-Robinson throwing for just 134 yards on 18 attempts. I'm willing to bet the lack of explosive plays carries over into Week 2, especially with McCarthy ruled out.
