The 2025 UFL season is back and, I’ve got expert picks for game lines and player props to help you make the most of the action! Week 1 kicked off with a shocker as the three-time champions fell in their home opener, leading to favorites going 2-2 SU and ATS to start the year.
For Week 2 picks, I’m backing the Birmingham Stallions (-1.5) to bounce back against the Panthers after their rough opener. I’m also on the Arlington Renegades (-10.5) to snag another big win over the Roughnecks. Finally, for the San Antonio Brahmas vs. St. Louis Battlehawks, I’m taking the UNDER 39.5 points given both teams’ offensive issues in Week 1.

UFL Weekly Picks
birmingham stallions (-1.5) vs michigan panthers (-105) At Sportsbook
Birmingham hasn't suffered consecutive losses since 2022 and nobody, including me, was expecting them to lose this quickly. The Stallions couldn't generate anything, earning 2.7 yards per play and just 138 total yards. Alex McGough's return to Birmingham was not a warm welcome as the former MVP threw just 89 yards and was sacked seven times in the second half.
The Panthers impressed with a commanding 26-12 win over the Showboats with Bryce Perkins completing over 84% of his passes and adding both a passing and rushing touchdown. I expect him to hold his own against Birmingham, but the Stallions and Skip Holtz just got a rude wake-up call. I don’t see them getting blown out for a second straight week.
houston roughnecks vs arlington renegades (-10.5) (+100) At Sportsbook
I got to jump on the largest spread of the week, gifted to Arlington which are 10.5-point home favorites over Houston. The Roughnecks struggled in Week 1, falling 31-6 and collecting just 89 passing yards and no help from their running backs.
Meanwhile, Arlington dominated San Antonio and Luis Perez looked composed, completing 20 of 25 passes for 164 yards. Pair that with the defense that suffocated the Brahmas last week and the Roughnecks are in for another tough outing. I’m expecting a repeat of Houston’s struggles from last week.
san antonio brahmas vs St. louis battlehawks UNDER 39.5 Points (-110) At Sportsbook
No losing team last week managed to score more than 12 points, with two failing to reach double digits. So, naturally, I’m targeting the highest point total of the week and taking the UNDER. The Battlehawks delivered the strongest offensive performance in the season opener, putting up 31 points while limiting their opponents to just two field goals. Similarly, the Brahmas couldn't pocket more than nine points in Week 1 and converted just 18% of third downs, leading them to lose possession quickly.
