The computer loved road teams in Week 13 and they went 8-8 SU, a far cry from the 12-2 ATS predicted (for the 14 games that had lines as of midweek).
The Week 14 NFL picks pendulum swings back in favor of home teams, at least according to the Odds Shark super computer, which wasn’t very super last weekend.
It was 10-6 SU, but just 7-8-1 ATS. It likes the Broncos to start the week with a road cover at Oakland. The 34-13 prediction would easily cover the 12-point spread, but Denver’s recent record as a big favorite is abysmal (0-11 ATS as chalk of 8+ points).

It bookends the week with a 40-37 prediction in the Monday Nighter, a win for the host Patriots over the visiting Texans. That would make mincemeat of the total of 52.5 and would allow Houston to cover the 4-point spread.
Cleveland is favored and the computer says they will beat Kansas City 18-10. The Giants are picked to win a shootout with the Saints.
There are four road favorites and the computer picks all of them to cover (Broncos, Bears, Jets and Falcons).
