The NHL has an abundance of player and game props to get your hands on. A popular, rather simple option is shots on goal. We don't need the pucks to go in (though that's a nice bonus), we just need them to wind up their stick and hit the net.
NHL Prop #1 - Jason Robertson OVER 2.5 Shots (-150)
NHL Prop #2 - William Nylander OVER 4.5 Shots (+115)
NHL Prop #3 - Auston Matthews UNDER 4.5 Shots (-130)

NHL shots on goal odds: February 7
Who likes to shoot right now? With a few NHL matchups tonight, here are the guys we're leaning on to go OVER or UNDER their shots on goal prop.
jason robertson OVER 2.5 Shots (-150)
Robertson has been having himself a career year, leading the Stars with 50 points. But, the points come naturally when you shoot every chance you get and the 24-year-old's 148 shots don't go unnoticed. Robertson capped off January with 45 shots, including sniping 22 in his last five.
When he last met the Maple Leafs, the winger rallied through four shots. You can always count on Robertson to put in an honest effort every night.
william nylander OVER 4.5 Shots (+115)
Considering Oettinger stoped 47 shots and finished last night with a .979SV%, I think the Leafs can assume it'll be a chore to get on the board. But, have no fear, William Nylander is here.
Toronto just faced another top goalie in Ilya Sorokin last night, who has played 36 games and rocks a .910SV%. Still, Willy was able to sound off six shots in the 3-2 loss. The 27-year-old has a determined mentality, clearly.
auston matthews uNDER 4.5 Shots (-130)
The only man who averages more shots per game than Nylander (4.23 S/GP) is Matthews (4.30 S/GP), though each have eclipsed the 200 shot mark this season. However, the 26-year-old hasn't been piling up his shots, not hitting the OVER on this line since four meetings ago.
I think the reins lay in Nylander's hands. While I do think Matthews will look elite as always, I think this total is a half-mark too high tonight.
