Shots On Goal Props Tonight: Plus-Money Picks I'm Loving

The NHL has an abundance of player and game props to get your hands on. A popular, rather simple option is shots on goal. We don't need the pucks to go in (though that's a nice bonus), we just need them to wind up their stick and hit the net.

NHL Prop #1 - Morgan Rielly oVER 2.5 Shots (+114)

NHL Prop #2 - Mikael Granlund OVER 1.5 Shots (-166)

NHL Prop #3 - Travis Konecny OVER 3.5 Shots (+110)

NHL shots on goal odds: march 23

Who likes to shoot right now? With all the NHL matchups tonight, here are the guys we're leaning on to go OVER or UNDER their shots on goal prop.

morgan rielly oVER 2.5 Shots (+114)

I'm going to take a stab at this plus-money pick. According to our shots on goal betting report, Edmonton allows the second-most shots to defensemen (9.8). Now, Rielly has been a backbone for Toronto, sprinkling in a whopping 43 assists.

The 31-year-old hasn't recorded three or more shots since the first week of March. But, when Toronto last met Connor McDavid's squad, Rielly sniped five shots.

mikael granlund OVER 1.5 Shots (-166)

Despite drowning at the bottom of the league standings, the Sharks give it their best effort -- I guess. San Jose forwards averages a fair 24.6 shots per game.

Obviously hosting the Blackhawks at the SAP Center isn't the most thrilling matchup of the night. Both teams have terrible defense, each allowing around four goals per game. Neither have anything to truly play for but their pride will want to win this battle of the losers. Granlund should give it a fair attempt for two shots.

Travis Konecny OVER 3.5 Shots (+110)

One wrong move and Philadelphia can easily slip out of a playoff spot. It'll be a difficult contest tonight hosting the Bruins at Wells Fargo Center. But, at least I can acknowledge that Philly is constantly letting the pucks fly and hey, some of them are bound to go in.

Owen Tippett dominates the Flyers in the shot department, pocketing 250 across the season. However, Tippett is a bit of a wild-card. When he visited Boston just last week, he managed just two shots.

Instead, it was Travis Konecny that kept his group's momentum alive with six shots. Another plus-money line I'm willing to touch.
