Today's + 412 NBA parlay focuses on fading terrible offenses. With eight games on the Thursday NBA slate, highlights by Memphis at Oklahoma City, there's no shortage of value on the betting board.

Odds as of March 27th at Sportsbook

Kings-Blazers UNDER 225.5 -110

Sac has lost eight of 10 and struggled to score the basketball. The Kings have put up just 106 points per game across their four game losing streak.

While the Blazers have scored just 112 points a night across their past 10 games. Portland has been a defensive oriented squad across the back half of the season. Don't expect a ton of fireworks tonight. Back the Kings vs Blazers UNDER 225.5 as the first leg of my NBA parlay.

Hawks-Heat 1st-Quarter UNDER 58.5 -113

Heat culture is an UNDER bettors dream. Eric Spoelstra's squad has been one of the worst first-quarter units in basketball going UNDER in 41 games so far this season. Miami's first quarters have averaged just 55 points this season, and gone UNDER in eight of their last 10 contests. The Heat's last four first-quarter's have averaged just 50 points per quarter, so don't expect to see offensive fireworks at Kaseya Center on Thursday night.

Atlanta has put up about 31 points per first quarter across their five most recent contests. But, the Hawks should find scoring tough against Miami's hardnosed defense. In their last two meetings with the Heat, Trae Young's squad has put up just 103.5 points per contest. Expect more of the same in his Hawks vs Heat matchup, and bet on both teams to be at their worst in the first quarter.

Cleveland Cavaliers Second-Quarter Moneyline -235

A San Antonio Spurs team already lacking depth has been ravaged by injury in the second-half of the season. While the Cavaliers have floundered since their 16-game winning streak, tonight represents a get-right game at home against the young Spurs.

These teams are headed in opposite directions, as San Antonio looks to stealth tank for better lottery odds, while the Cavs will be aiming to ramp things up with the playoffs on the horizon. Cleveland's bench has played phenomenal basketball this season. Head coach Kenny Atkinson has put in a masterclass, while staggering the minutes of Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen and surrounding them with shooters. Look for Cleveland to run away with the second quarter, and round out your NBA parlay with the Cavaliers second quarter moneyline.
