MLB Same-Game Parlay Today: Mets vs Marlins (+507)

My MLB same-game parlay for March 31 travels to the sad baseball city of Miami, where the Marlins host the Mets.

I like this matchup because I'm ready to exploit the Marlins' weak pitching staff and summon a few bets hinging on the Mets offense. See my Mets vs Marlins same-game parlay for today:

Mets vs Marlins Parlay Pick No. 1: Quantrill OVER 3.5 Hits Allowed

This is a super easy first leg for me. If you believe in last year's trends, then Quantrill went OVER 3.5 hits allowed in 76% of starts and nine of his final 10 outings. The righty also wasn't great in spring training this year, yielding a 5.91 ERA in four starts.

Mets vs Marlins Parlay Pick No. 2: Soto OVER 1.5 Total Bases (+115)

Soto hasn't faced Quantrill before, but he rocked 10 total bases in three games vs MIA last season. And you can best believe that if Soto doesn't cash this OVER vs the Marlins starters, he'll get it done against their bullpen.

The 26-year-old picked up where he left off from last year, starting 3-for-9 in 2025 with a double, a home run, and four walks. He's locked in and embracing his new spot on the Mets. God have mercy on Miami.

Mets vs Marlins Pick No. 3: Peterson UNDER 4.5 Strikeouts (-132)

The Marlins began the year 3-1 thanks to some timely contact hitting from the top of their order. Xavier Edwards and Otto Lopez formed a nice 1-2 punch on Opening Weekend and now face soft-tossing lefty Peterson.

The 4.5 strikeouts have been a tough OVER for Peterson in midseason form, never mind his first outing of the season with a shorter leash. Peterson finished last season UNDER 4.5 strikeouts in seven of his final 10 starts (five playoff starts). He went UNDER this prop in 62% of outings last season. Plus, Peterson went UNDER 4.5 Ks in both appearances vs the Marlins last year.
