wesley yates OVER 1.5 3PM (-180) At Sportsbook
Flashback to mid-March, Yates has hit at least two three-pointers in each of his last three games, including going 2-for-5 and a perfect 4-for-4 performance from beyond the arc in a pair Big Ten Tournament matchups.
In their last game, Tulane went toe-to-toe with a strong Memphis squad in the AAC Tournament, falling just short in a 78-77 battle. While the Green Wave held the Tigers to just 21.7% from the perimeter, that level of three-pointer defense hasn’t been the norm. This season, they’ve allowed an average of 8.2 threes per game, ranking in the bottom 100 in the nation.
Meanwhile, since the New Year, Yates has hit at least two three-pointers in 15 of his last 20 games. I'll ride with his consistency from deep.
CJ Gunn UNDER 14.5 Points (-110) at Sportsbook
In his 11 games since February, Gunn has surpassed the 14.5-point mark just four times. Tonight, his DePaul Blue Demons face a tough Cincinnati squad that ranks among the nation's top 25 scoring defenses, allowing just 65.7 points per game. DePaul has a variety of scoring options with five players, including Gunn, who average 8.8 points or more. However, I think all of them will be limited when head-to-head against the Bearcats defense.
