Sunday's Houston vs Tennessee Elite Eight matchup currently has a total of just 124.5 points. As such, I'm fading every player prop point total I can.

Zeigler has crossed this line in four of his last five games, but Tennessee hasn't faced a defense like Houston's in some time. The Cougars allow just 58.5 points per game this season, and have the size and athleticism to consistently cause Zeigler problems.

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Michigan State sophomore Coen Carr soaring through the air for another putback slam. The 6'7 former four-star recruit is the most violent leaper in the NCAAB tournament. Carr attacks the rack with abandon, creating the type of momentum swinging finishes that can turn a game on its head.

The sophomore has the type of explosive athleticism that gets people out of their seats. Most importantly, he uses that leaping ability to gobble up rebounds, grabbing five or more in four of his last six games. You can bet Tom Izzo will have Carr crashing the offensive glass once again in the Elite Eight, as Michigan State pushes for an upset. Jase Richardson OVER 5.5 Rebounds + Assists (-139) at Underdog Fantasy

Michigan State star Jase Richardson will be heavily involved in the gameplan as the Spartans aim to topple the top-seeded Auburn Tigers. When the going gets tough, Richardson is the man for MSU. However, the Tigers will undoubtedly try to get the ball out of Richardson's hands and stop him from taking over this contest.

As such, I love the idea of backing Richardson to surpass 5.5 rebounds and assists in the Elite Eight. The combo guard has exceeded his 5.5 rebounds + assists player prop line in eight of his last 10 games, while averaging 7.2 a night. Back Richardson to get the job done against Auburn.
