The Houston Texans meet the Green Bay Packers in Week 7 of the NFL season on Sunday, October. 20. With both teams riding winning streaks, tensions will run high for this interconference matchup at Lambeau Field. Jordan Love vs CJ Stroud gifts football fans a battle between two of the best young quarterbacks in the league.

Texans vs Packers Week 7 Picks
Packers 2.5
These two teams are extremely evenly matched. Both sit within the top-15 in offensive expected points added per play and are ranked seventh (Packers) and eighth (Texans) in defensive EPA.
Jordan Love has thrown for 1,131 yards, 12 touchdowns and six interceptions in four games. While CJ Stroud has tossed for 1,577 yards, 10 touchdowns and four interceptions in six contests.
Both of these teams can get after the quarterback, with the Texans defense racking up 19 sacks and Packers with 16 sacks already. However, they can also put up points quickly as both teams are top 11 in offensive yards per play.
Expect this game to be close, but I'm backing the Packers as home favorites here. Houston's offense hasn't been the same unit this season, and they'll be without explosive receiver Nico Collins in this one. The Texans will also be traveling for the second straight week, while the Packers have the advantage of remaining home in Green Bay.
Texans vs Packers Week 7 Props
Jordan Love O1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-137)
As per our friends at Outlier, Jordan Love has thrown two or more touchdown passes in 10 straight games.
I like that to continue against a Texans defense allowing two passing touchdowns per contest. Houston also sits 28th in opponent red zone scoring percentage, allowing a touchdown on 68.75% of trips inside their 20. Matt Lafleur should have a field day scheming up plays inside the red zone. Back Love to toss at least two touchdown passes on Sunday.
