Commanders vs Eagles Player Props: Fade Jalen Hurts AGAIN

Commanders vs Eagles player props are live for Sunday, January 25th's NFC Championship game. Rookie sensation Jayden Daniels and proven playoff performer Jalen Hurts go head-to-head in what promises to be an electric contest.

Check out my best player prop bets for the Commanders vs Eagles NFC Championship:

Commanders vs Eagles Prop #1: Jalen Hurts UNDER 182.5 Passing Yards (-115) at Sportsbook

Look, I'll be betting on the Eagles to win the NFC Championship, and that pairs well with fading Jalen Hurts' passing yardage. We hit this in the Divisional Round and are heading right back to the well.

In four career playoff wins, Hurts has never surpassed 160 passing yards. Actually, the former Oklahoma star has averaged just 133.5 passing yards per game in playoff victories.

Additionally, Hurts' was clearly hobbled after taking a hit against the Rams. With his knee at less than 100%, expect Kellen Moore and the Eagles to lean even heavier on Saquon Barkley and the Eagles rushing attack. Especially if Philadelphia can get out to an early lead.

Fade Jalen Hurts' passing yards in the NFC Championship game.

Commanders vs Eagles Prop #2: Austin Ekeler OVER 47.5 Rushing & Receiving Yards (-113) at Sportsbook

Austin Ekeler racked up 88 total yards on 10 touches against the Lions in the Divisional Round.

The veteran back sliced and diced through Detroit's defense for 47 rushing yards on just four carries. More importantly, Kliff Kingsbury designed touches for Ekeler in space, which he should continue to do against the Eagles menacing defensive line.

Ekeler took eight receptions for 89 yards in the first Commanders vs Eagles matchup this season, and missed the Week 16 contest. However, the NFL betting trends point to Ekeler scrimmage yards being a fantastic prop bet. The former Los Angeles Charger has exceeded 47.5 rushing and receiving yards in 14 of his past 17 games while averaging 62.3 yards per game.

Commanders vs Eagles Prop #3: Saquon Barkley 2+ Receptions (-172) at Sportsbook

With a hobbled Hurts under center, Moore will want to protect his quarterback and get the ball out of his hands quickly. That translates into more underneath targets for all-world running back Saquon Barkley.

We know Dan Quinn and the Commanders defense has to load the box and stay ultra-aggressive to shut down Barkley's running threat. More linebackers in the box will make screen passes very effective.

Additionally, Barkley has exceeded 1.5 receptions in 12 of his last 13 home games, averaging 2.4 catches per game. Remember, Jahmyr Gibbs hauled in six receptions for 70 yards in the Divisional Round. Bet on Barkley to continue that trend in the NFC Championship game.
