Philly might be the best team in football. They're 11-2, with 10-straight wins, and have covered the spread in seven of their last nine. The Eagles aren't just beating up on bad teams, either, with wins over the Steelers, Ravens, Rams, and these very same Commanders in the last five weeks — Philly covered the spread against all four of those playoff teams, too.
When the Eagles faced off against these Commanders in mid-November, Philly handily won by eight points. That win and cover came despite Jalen Hurts not passing for a TD and DeVonta Smith catching just four passes for 29 yards. I'd argue the Eagles didn't even play very well and still won by eight.
The Eagles are also one of the best road teams in football this year, rocking a 6-1-0 record against the spread as the away team. That's second only to the 7-1-0 Bengals, ATS.

Saquon Barkley OVER 98.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
Saquon Barkley is really pushing for an MVP season, and he's got a chance to build on his campaign this weekend. Barkley has bested this 98.5 rushing yards line in 10 of 15 games this season. He's gone OVER this mark in four of the last five contests, with the lone UNDER coming against a great Steelers rushing defense.
The Commanders' defense is far worse than Pittsburgh's, as Washington has allowed the sixth-most rushing yards to RBs this season (110 per game). In a Week 11 match against the Commanders, Barkley rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns, so this 98.5 mark should be easy.
