Week 10 of the 2024 NFL season has arrived and I've got two fantastic ladder bets to help you profit on Sunday. Starting with Giants running back Tyrone Tracy against the Panthers and backing Breece Hall to run all over the Cardinals.
The process of “laddering” NFL player prop wagers is simple. Think your favorite player is going to have a big game against a weak secondary? Identify that the Panthers allow the most yardage to opposing running backs in the NFL? Use alternate yardage prop lines to profit and ladder your NFL wagers. Tyrone Tracy Rushing Yards
New York Giants running back Tyrone Tracy’s rushing yardage prop is set at 74.5 yards for his showdown with the Carolina Panthers in Week 10. Tracy has racked up 882 yards on a stellar five yards per carry in his debut NFL season. He’s been a breakout star since taking over the Giants backfield after Devin Singletary was hurt earlier this season. In fact, Tracy has averaged 97.6 yards per game since taking over the starting role in Week 5.

Tracy will have plenty of room to roam against a Panthers defense allowing over 120 rushing yards and 1.5 touchdowns per game to opposing backs. Look for the former Purdue standout to have a huge game in Week 10.
NFL Week 10 Ladder bet: Tyrone Tracy OVER 74.5 rushing yards -110, 80+ rushing yards +100, Tracy 90+ rushing yards +150, Tracy 100+ rushing yards +220
Breece Hall Rushing Yards
New York Jets running back Breece Hall finds himself in a nice spot against an awful Arizona Cardinals rushing defense in Week 10. The Cards surrender over 156 rushing yards per game to opposing backs, and will be hard pressed to stop a reborn Jets running game.
Hall has seen his carries steadily increase under new play-caller Todd Downing. The former Iowa State star has averaged 15 carries per game over the past month, and has rushed for at least 74 yards per game over the past four weeks. Yet, his rushing yardage prop sits at just 65.5 for Sunday's contest.
Arizona has given up a 100+ yard rusher twice already this season, with backs exceeding 80+ rushing yards on five occasions. Backing Hall to have another huge day is one of my favorite Week 10 ladder bets.
NFL Week 10 Ladder bet: Breece Hall OVER 65.5 rushing yards -114, Breece Hall 80+ rushing yards +155, Breece Hall 100+ rushing yards +330
What is an NFL ladder bet?
Laddering player prop wagers involves placing multiple bets on progressively higher thresholds of a player’s performance in a single game. For example, if you believe a wide receiver will exceed his yardage total, you might place a bet on him achieving 50+ yards, then smaller bets on him reaching 75+, 100+, and so on. We want to maximize potential profits “laddering” up performance levels. Should the player have a big game and hits the higher thresholds, each successful bet pays out, increasing your overall winnings. This NFL betting strategy allows you to capture value at multiple levels, especially when you anticipate a breakout performance.
