Both teams looked strong at times in their losses last week, but the 49ers showed more fight in their loss to the Lions.
San Francisco will be looking for revenge after being embarrassed by Arizona earlier this season in a game they should have won. The 49ers were the better team on third down that day, had more first downs, more time of possession, but somehow found a way to lose.
Brock Purdy is likely to miss this game for the 49ers, but as miserable as he's been lately (4 INTs in his last three games) maybe getting an inspired Josh Dobbs into the lineup can give San Francisco a much needed spark. This will be a revenge spot for Dobbs vs his former team.
The 49ers achilles heal this season has been their redzone defense which ranks 28th in the NFL. Luckily for San Francisco, Arizona has been mediocre at punching it into the endzone from inside the 20 and ranks 22nd in redzone offense.
San Francisco wide receiver Jauan Jennings is 77 yards shy of his first 1000 yard season and he should have a big day against this Cardinals secondary.

Brock Purdy sustained an elbow injury on Sunday and is unlikely to play this week meaning backup quarterback Josh Dobbs is likely to get the start. Earlier this season it was Brandon Allen, not Dobbs, who started when Purdy went down but expect Dobbs to be named the starter this week vs. his former team.
