The San Francisco 49ers are 2.5 point favorites at home vs the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football in Week 15. Oddsmakers set the total at 48.5 after these teams combined to score 51 points earlier this season.
The 49ers are fresh off a convincing win vs. the Bears last week, while the Rams shocked the world with an upset victory vs. the Bills. Both teams need this win badly if they want any shot at a playoff appearance.
Here's a peek at the Rams vs 49ers Week 15 odds and my best bets.

Rams vs 49ers Week 15 Picks
Rams +2.5 (-105)
The Rams were able to beat the 49ers in Week 3 despite missing star receivers Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp. Not only will Kupp and Nacua be healthy for this game, but there's a laundry list of 49er players who played in Week 3 and won't suit up Thursday.
Brandon Aiyuk, Jordan Mason, Javon Hargrave, and Kevin Givens won't play in this one and there's a good chance Nick Bosa and Trent Williams won't either.
The 49ers are technically still alive in the playoff picture, but the Rams can actually taste it. I'm expecting an inspired effort from the Rams vs. a demoralized 49ers team that is missing too many key players.
The 49ers rank 26th in the NFL at defending WR2s according to FTNfantasy.com, so expect the rams duo of Kupp and Nacua to have a big game.
Rams vs 49ers Week 15 Props
It's a little too early in the week for a full compliment of player props in the Rams vs 49ers game, but check back here closer to kickoff to see what I'm betting. I'll have my eyes on Jauan Jennings props as he had a monster game against the Rams in Week 3.
Rams vs 49ers News
Isaac Guerendo, the 49ers running back who racked up 128 yards from scrimmage in Week 14, has a foot injury and his status for Thursday is in doubt. Guerendo is playing because Christian McCaffrey and Jordan Mason are already on IR, so if Guerendo can't go, look for Patrick Taylor Jr. to get the bulk of the work. Taylor is in his fourth season and has 79 career carries.
The 49ers didn't actually practice Monday but were required to release an estimated practice report and the following players were listed as DNP: Ben Bartch, Nick Bosa, Isaac Guerendo, and Trent Williams.
