The San Francisco 49ers host the Seattle Seahawks as 6.5 point favorites in a Week 11 NFC West battle of two rivals trying to keep pace with the first place Arizona Cardinals. The total in this game is set at 48.5 after these times combined to score 50 points in Week 6.
Seattle should be well rested after its bye week and the 49ers enter this game feeling good about themselves after notching a 23-20 win vs. Tampa Bay in Christian McCaffrey's season debut.

Seahawks vs 49ers Picks Week 11
49ers TT O30.5 points (+144)
San Francisco put up 36 points in its last game vs. Seattle (Week 6) and that with without Ricky Pearsall, Christian McCaffrey and with Jordan Mason only getting nine carries. Sure, the 49ers had Brandon Aiyuk, but 2024 Aiyuk wasn't the same guy as last year and the 49ers offense is a lot sharper than it was in their first meeting.
Mason averaged 8.1 YPC (nine carries) vs. Seattle and Isaac Guerendo (10 carries) averaged 9.9 YPC. McCaffrey has to be licking his lips at this matchup and there might be a transition period after Seattle cut its leading tackler Tyrel Dodson earlier this week.
Brock Purdy sliced the Seahawks up in the last outing with three touchdowns and no interceptions on 255 yards. Mike Macdonald has a great scheme, but he just doesn't have the horses to stop a 49ers team with too much talent on the offensive side of the ball.
The 49ers are averaging 31.67 points per game in their last three contests vs. the Seahawks.

Seahawks vs 49ers Prop Pick
Brock Purdy O16.5 rush yards (-110)
When you think of Brock Purdy, you don't think of a running quarterback but he's been successful using his legs a lot lately. In fact, Purdy has gone over this total in each of his last five games including vs. Seattle on October 10th. The Seahawks run man defense enough (16th highest rate) that Purdy should be able to take advantage of Seattle's defenders having their backs turned.
Seahawks vs 49ers News
DK Metcalf hasn't played since October 20th and Seahawks fans are hoping he'll be back for this one. Metcalf is expected to practice on Wednesday and coach Mike Macdonald said he's "optimistic" his stud wide receiver will suit up for this one.
Abe Lucas, Seattle's starting offensive tackle who hasn't played in about a year, might also play in this one. If so, backup offensive tackle George Fant might go on IR to clear room for him on the roster.
Seahawks' safety K'Von Wallace was placed on IR Monday after sustaining an injury in Seattle's prior game.
Saturday update: Seahawks center Connor Williams unexpectedly retired midweek and that's a major downgrade to this offensive line. Lucas and Metcalf are both going to play as both are now removed from the injury report. Niners' LT Trent Williams is now questionable so keep an eye on his status Sunday morning when inactives are announced.
