In recent weeks, Seattle and New York's offenses have both struggled (not that they were ever dynamic to begin with). The Jets are averaging 18.0 points per game in the last three contests, while the Seahawks are at 18.7.
I also think the Seahawks' defense is also going to do some heavy lifting for this UNDER. Seattle's D has held the opposition to under 17 points in three of the last five games, averaging 18.8 points against in the last five games. On top of this game UNDER, I really like the Jets team total UNDER 20.5 points (-122 at FanDuel).
The trends are also very much on our side here. Seattle's last five games have all gone UNDER and two of the last three Jets contests have gone UNDER, too.

Like the rest of the Jets' squad, Aaron Rodgers seems to have given up. The NY QB hasn't surpassed 218.5 passing yards in each of his last three games, averaging 182 passing yards in that stretch.
Now, Rodgers has to face a Seahawks secondary that's been pretty good at containing the pass this year. Seattle has allowed just 231 passing yards per game against, well below the league average.
Rodgers also hasn't been particularly good against the Seahawks in his career, averaging 228.7 passing yards per game in 10 contests against Seattle. That's the fifth-lowest average against any team he's faced.
