The NFL playoffs kick into high gear this weekend and there's plenty of intrigue to possible future matchups. We've got Conference Championship lookahead lines for bettors searching for some early action.
Let's break down all the hypothetical matchups for Conference Championship weeks with odds and my best bets.
Eagles vs Lions Conference Championship Look-Ahead Lines
Market | Eagles | Lions |
---|---|---|
Spread | +2.5 (-105) | -2.5 (-115) |
Moneyline | +126 | -148 |
Point Total | OVER 51.5 (-110) | UNDER 51.5 (-110) |
Eagles vs Lions pits the unequivocal top-two teams in the NFC all year in a glorious Championship game.
These teams last met in 2022 with the Eagles coming away with a 38-35 victory. However, the Lions are far more talented now. With a raucous home crowd egging them towards their first Super Bowl appearance, the Lions will be tough to beat at Ford Field.
That being said, Philadelphia matches up very well on both sides of the football with Detroit. I like the Eagles to pull out the victory as underdogs.
Best Bet: Eagles ML
Rams vs Lions Conference Championship Look-Ahead Lines
Market | Rams | Lions |
---|---|---|
Spread | +6.5 (-102) | -6.5 (-120) |
Moneyline | +265 | -330 |
Point Total | OVER 52.5 (-110) | UNDER 52.5 (-110) |
Rams vs Lions would give viewers a second straight playoff matchup between two teams forever linked by the Matthew Stafford-Jared Goff trade. As a rare example of both teams profiting in the swap, the Stafford-Goff trade will go down in NFL lore. Can Goff take his Lions to a championship and ensure he's immortalized by the city of Detroit?
A Rams matchup would be Goff's easiest route to a Super Bowl, if they can overcome the Philadelphia Eagles this weekend. This would be yet another playoff rematch of a regular season clash. Detroit came out on top in overtime of Week 1, but a high total in a Conference Championship game gives me pause.
The Rams defense has been much better of late, and I like what Aaron Glenn has done to right the ship defensively for the battered Lions. Give me the UNDER 52.5.
Best Bet: UNDER 52.5
Commanders vs Eagles Conference Championship Look-Ahead Lines
Market | Commanders | Eagles |
---|---|---|
Spread | +6.5 (-115) | -6.5 (-105) |
Moneyline | +220 | -270 |
Point Total | OVER 47.5 (-110) | UNDER 47.5 (-110) |
What a matchup this would be. The Washington Commanders would meet the Philadelphia Eagles for a third time in the Conference Championship game.

Although, it's important to note, Washington was only in position to beat Philly in Week 16 due to a number of self inflicted wounds. Including Jalen Hurts leaving the game with a concussion. Should they upset the Lions, the whole world would be on the Commanders in this game. If Hurts is fully healthy in this one, I love the Eagles to roll.
Best Bet: Eagles -6.5
Commanders vs Rams Conference Championship Look-Ahead Lines
Market | Commanders | Rams |
---|---|---|
Spread | +2.5 (-105) | -2.5 (-115) |
Moneyline | +122 | -144 |
Point Total | OVER 48.5 (-110) | UNDER 48.5 (-110) |
The most unlikely of the NFC matchups, Commanders vs Rams would give NFL fans two unbelievable underdog stories.
Counted out after the retirement of Aaron Donald, the Rams young defensive line has paved the way for their playoff success. The prior playoff experience of Matthew Stafford and head coach Sean McVay gives LA a huge leg up in this hypothetical matchup.
I like the Rams to roll behind a strong game from Kyren Williams.
Best Bet: Rams ML, Kyren Williams props
Ravens vs Chiefs Conference Championship Look-Ahead Lines
Market | Ravens | Chiefs |
---|---|---|
Spread | +1.5 (-122) | -1.5 (+100) |
Moneyline | -106 | -110 |
Point Total | OVER 46.5 (-110) | UNDER 46.5 (-110) |
A monumental AFC championship rematch would enthrall viewers across the globe. The Ravens and Chiefs squared off in last year's Championship Game with KC cruising to a 17-10 win.
But, can Kansas City shutdown both Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson? Tackling King Henry in the cold is no easy task. Plus, the Ravens offense has grown by leaps and bounds in their second year under Todd Monken.
I like Baltimore to pull off the upset and end Kansas City's reign atop the AFC.
Best Bet: Ravens ML
Bills vs Chiefs Conference Championship Look-Ahead Lines
Market | Bills | Chiefs |
---|---|---|
Spread | +1.5 (-110) | -1.5 (-110) |
Moneyline | +104 | -122 |
Point Total | OVER 46.5 (-110) | UNDER 46.5 (-110) |
Here we go (Dak Prescott voice)! Yet another Bills vs Chiefs playoff game would feed bettors the third matchup between these teams across the last four postseasons. Kansas City has won each of the postseason battles. These teams have gifted NFL fans with one of the most memorable playoff moments of this decade.
Remember when the Buffalo Bills and Tony Romo celebrated too early with the Chiefs still having 13 seconds on the clock? 😂 pic.twitter.com/0wMcSb5N1t

However, the Bills pulled off a resounding 31-20 win over the Chiefs in November. Perhaps signaling a changing of the guard. Although, the Chiefs have added a bunch of talent for the stretch run. Now far more healthy on offense, I like Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes to work their magic and crush the hopes of Bills fans.
Best Bet: Chiefs ML
Texans vs Ravens Conference Championship Look-Ahead Lines
Market | Texans | Ravens |
---|---|---|
Spread | +9.5 (-105) | -9.5 (-115) |
Moneyline | +370 | -480 |
Point Total | OVER 45.5 (-110) | UNDER 45.5 (-110) |
Should the Texans end the dominance of Kansas City, and the Ravens pull off a victory in Buffalo, Houston and Baltimore will square off in the AFC Championship game.
Don't forget, these teams squared off on Christmas Day, with Baltimore smashing Houston 31-2. These iteration of the Texans offense can't score enough points to keep up with the Ravens. Without Tank Dell and Stefon Diggs, the Texans season would assuredly come to an end in Baltimore.
Best Bet: Ravens -9.5
Texans vs Bills Conference Championship Look-Ahead Lines
Market | Texans | Bills |
---|---|---|
Spread | +8.5 (-105) | -8.5 (-115) |
Moneyline | +320 | -405 |
Point Total | OVER 47.5 (-110) | UNDER 47.5 (-110) |
Texans vs Bills gives NFL fans another rematch. These teams squared off way back in Week 5 with the Texans coming away victorious.
However, former Bill Stefon Diggs was a massive part of that win. As was Tank Dell. With both on injured reserve, Houston lacks the weapons necessary to keep pace with Buffalo's explosive offense.
With his team just one win away from the Super Bowl, expect to see Josh Allen will his team to victory.
Best Bet: Bills -8.5
